My name is Charles and my girlfriends name is Sara. We are moving into a very large 3 br home in October 2009 very close to 1960 and Kuykendahl and would like to find a roommate to help cut down the financial constraints for us and whoever would like to be a roommate here. Of' course you would have your own room and your own bathroom. We have a huge front and back yard and a very nice pool with a deck and pool table which you can use any time. Cable, high speed internet, water, trash and electric would be all included to a certain extent (if you take three showers a day or leave electrical items running I will expect you to pay for the added cost to my bill, as long as it is not too outrageous you will be charged nothing extra). I will not interfere with anything you do unless I believe it is a danger to any person, my home or any items in my home. Guests are welcome as long as everyone respects myself, Sara and my home.
