She is a 30year old professional very clean lady that has a 14month old girl. You will have access to the club house, which has a gym, water park, play rgounds, bicycle paths etc. One car parking each. THE REGULAR RENT IS $738 BUT I WILL ONLY CHARGE $538 AND WILL BE PAYING $200 EACH MONTH AS A THANK YOU. IF INTERESTED PLEASE CONTACT ME AS YOU WILL NEED TO GO UP TO THE APARTMENT AND FILL OUT AN APPLICATION JUST AS YOU WOULD GETTING THE FULL LEASE ON YOUR OWN.
